Description:

Wii video gamers are invited to take part in our Super Smash Brothers Brawl tournament. Gamers will be competing against each other using the Riverview's 35' screen and sound system. The introductory charge for competitors is $3. The admission charge for viewers who would simply like to watch the competition is $1. The format of the tournament may vary depending on the number of competitors, but in most cases each competition will consist of 4 players.

The next tournament will be held Saturday July 5th. Competition begins at 11:30pm.
Prizes will be awarded to top competitors!

The Format for the competition will be as follows: There will be a maximum number of 96 players competing in four rounds of play. The preliminary rounds will consist of 24 matches of four players each. Round two will have six matches of four players, round three will have two matches of three players and the Championship round will be one on one. This format may change if fewer players enter.

RULES:
Players in the Preliminary round will play with 2 lives each, in all other rounds players will have 3 lives each. Levels are chosen randomly and items are disabled. We are equipped with Wii classic controllers, but players may bring their own controls if they wish, however, wired controllers may limit where players can sit.
